Hi JoAnne,
It's not the same picture. These men are posed for the picture and nobody is wearing a hat. My dad and grandpa as well as 2 neighbor men that I can recognize are on it. My older sister thinks another is an Anglin and one a Gilbert. There are 3 that we don't have a clue as to who they might be. Spoke Plant was a community with a store and post office, 2 mills that made wagon spokes and a couple of boarding houses for the workers, Lots of people lived nearby in the early 1900's.
