Joy, Thank you for the information. I did have the information on Elizabeth and her girls. There is some speculation that her husband was Zealous Seals and if that turns out to be true then there is another daughter, Amelia b. 1838 in TN. This was noted in an 1850 TN census. There is also a Marilla listed there but based on the birthday of 1840 I believe he meant Mahelen. Also, it is believed that Matilda Seals Motley married Robert L. Winberry after George died. I found Robert and Matilda on a 1920 census for Upper Township, Ft. Smith City, AR but have been unable to find anything else. The other information you provided for the Burley Seals family will certain give me some other avenues to check. The Burley Seals on that information was born much to late to have been my Burl Seals, potentially the husband of Elizabeth. I keep hoping that I am going to be able to find a marriage certificate or something for them but am just not having any luck. I've posted on some other boards so hopefully something will turn up. Could you do a search of marriage records for Matilda Seals and George Motley? I think they would have been married around 1879. Also, any records for their children, Katie Zetta Motley b. 1890, Ella O. Motley b. 1883, or Albert b. 1880 all in Arkansas. I'm fairly certain Albert died before 1900. I'm not sure about death records for that time period, i.e., if they even exist. Thank you so much for all your help! Jan Notify Administrator about this message?
