I work with the Madison County Genealogical & Historical Society in Huntsville, Arkansas. Here is the information that I have in my files on Berry Johnson. Hope this helps in your search for information.

1. Berry Johnson (son of Seth) was born 15 May 1841 in Roane County, Tennessee, and died 18 March 1922 in Rock House, Madison County, Arkansas. He married (1) Mary Ellen Johnson, daughter of Vardaman Johnson and Lockie Mitchell. She was born 1841. He married (2) Eliza Louisa Davis on 21 November 1870 in Arkansas, daughter of Elijah Davis and Lucy Burrell. She was born 17 March 1847 in South Carolina, and died 14 July 1925 in Rock House, Madison County, Arkansas.
Notes for Berry Johnson:
Berry Johnson and wife, Louisa Johnson, do not have tombstones in Rock House Cemetery, which is the closest cemetery to where they lived when they died. It is possible that they are buried there with only a fieldstone marking their graves, or perhaps they might be buried in Carroll County, Arkansas, which is only a short distance from Rock House.

Some records show his name as Jehu, but on the 1860 census it is plainly "John"
3 ii.Fannie Louisa Johnson, born 25 October 1864 in Tennessee. She married (1) Chessie Davis. She married (2) Johnny Davis. She married (3) Thomas Woods.
