I think this must be my James Rodgers, son of Francis and ? Rodgers. Strange listing-James R.Head, Robert Head Rogers,RobertE.Head Rogers. TWP and ages match. He is only found on 1880 Conway, AR census with mother-Francis and gf-Asa Allen.
Now what happened to his mother-Francis Allen Self Rogers?
She was b/abat/1854 AL, daughter of Asa and Diana Allen. I can't find a Self or Rodgers spouse or what happened to her after 1880 AR census.
