Hi Lina,
Wow, your right, contact info. is not on the page. Not really certain about Van Buren Township, my uneducated guess is that it is on Part 1 of 2. When I run a web search "Newton Co, AR, 1870 Federal Census Part 1 of 2", it is not coming up.

I am not familiar with Arkansas, is it possible that the county boundaries changed?

I wish I could be more help. I posted this info. which I happened upon because the pages were loaded with such great notes/hints. I haven't located any of my ancestors on these pages.

If I happen across more I will post again.
