Thanks so much for posting the info to us on the McAfee's. YES we are finally moved, but not able to do any genealogy at this time.
I found out my first cousin had info on MARY JANE BECKHAM b. 1847 Newton Co. AR being the first wife to our WILLIAM WASHINGTON McAFEE b. 1850 GA. They married before 1874, per their first child James McAfee being born in about 1874. I have several listings of him with different middle intials but he evidentally is husband to SARAH E. WILLLIAMS as you stated.
DAVID COLUMBUS McAFEE is the 2nd son born to William Washington McAfee and first wife MARY JANE BECKHAM and he is listed having married CARRIE INMAN per your Newton Co. AR Marriage records. The INMAN family is in this line and their letters on the OXFORDS and McAFEE can be found on this url if anyone is interested. I have yet to post all the INMAN data into my files until I have time later on to do some more research on their verifications.

The OXFORDS are out of BUNCOMBE Co. NC to GA and DAVID OXFORD's daughter NANCY OXFORD married BERRY McAFEE in GA and they are parents of WILLIAM WASHINGTON McAFEE who md. MARY JANE BECKHAM and parents of both JAMES and DAVID C. McAFEE mentioned in those NEWTON CO. AR Marriage records. The rest of the INMAN family including CARRIE INMAN or INGRAM can be found on the url above.
