Are there any family reunions of Lusters in the Arkansas
area ? My wife's father's family of Lusters has been hard to trace.
Her great granddad's name was Tom (or Thomas)Luster, born abt.1834 in Ark (no known town or county - unsure of state). No information known of any siblings or parents name. He married Fannie Ellender Hood, born 1857 in Holly Springs,Mississippi.
Their children were : Thomas E. (born abt.1877 in Perryville, Ark.,wife's granddad) ; Aaron D.(born 1876,
place unknown) ; Jim (no known information) and Lina,
(Lina died in her teens).
My wife's granddad Thomas E. lived in Lee county,Ark.(where her dad Elbert was born,in 1898), before moving to Oklahoma. There were six more children born to Thomas E.Luster.
Perhaps someone knows of family information about Tom Luster through their reunion traces.
