Here are the ones that may fit:
Joe Smith Pulaski 5/15/28
Joe W Pulaski 2/25/25

I have the same death indexes that are in the archives, and I do not see any that died in Perry Co. There is probably not a death certificate, unless he is one of the ones from Pulaski Co.

The only other thing you can do is to narrow him down by using census records and his siblings, if you know them.
