I am looking for any information available on Janie Ellen Handlin, born March, 1885 in Arkansas, an "Unknown Kelley" and any Kelley and/or Handlin famlies living in or around Casa Township, Perry County, Arkansas around 1900.

Janie Ellen gave birth to 1st son, Noah Kelley, born March, 1900 in Casa Township, Perry County, Arkansas. The Father is listed on Noah's birth record as an "Unknown Kelley". Noah was not raised by his Mother, Janie Ellen so I also need to find out who raised him or if he was placed in an orphanage.

Janie Ellen gave birth to 2nd son, John H. Smith, born about 1905 in or around Little Rock, Arknasas.

Any leads are greatly appreciated.
