Janie Ellen Handlin is listed on the AR Prior Births as being b Mar 10 1885 in Garland Co, mother was Eliza Tucker.
There are no entries in the Perry Co cem bk for any of your Kelleys or Handlins.
1900 Conway Co, Jane and younger sister Allus are living with Eller/Ester (Handlin) and her husb Elijah Kelley, they have been married 4 yrs with 1 ch born and 0 living. This census was taken June 1900 and there is no Noah listed. Jane and Allus are the only two Handlin/Hanlins listed for Conway, Garland or Perry Co's in 1900. Lots of Kelleys but did not see any specifically in Casa TWP. There are 3 Kelleys for Petit Jean TWP Conway and they are the above Elijah and Eller and a Sarah who is listed as sister in law in another hh. She is living with her sister Mary E who is married to a Johnson, they are a couple of houses away from Elijah.
1910 census Garland Co has Noah Kelley (name is misspelled on index as Nooh) age 8 as an orphan in the home of Joe A Harrell 45 and his wife Lura or Leona 41, they have been married 20 yrs and do not list any children.
In the same county is your Jane Handlin with her son John H Smith living in the house of Wm Short. Jane states she is widowed and has had 2 children with 2 living.
Also 1910 in Perry Co there is a Noah Kelley b 1898 in the home of John Kelley and his second wife, Lucinda. John states this is also his second marriage. The way the children are listed is the three sons they had together ages 1-6, then Noah age 12, then hers from previous marriage listed as step children to John.
1920 Garland Co, Janie is married to Wm F Short b 1875. There are three children listed 11-18 and then John Smith 14.
I did not see Noah after 1910.
