Susan A. Miller (b. 1826) was married to Reuben J. Bullard (b 1818)...the date was 2-7-1841, in Helena, Ark. Susan was born, according to her death certificate, in Milledgeville, Ga, and we know Reuben to have been born in Fredericksburg, VA...so, how did these 2 get together, and marry, in Arkansas? I know all about Reubens family, but nothing of the parents or family of Susan Ann.
