I am trying to find out more info on a Hays family that lived in Phillips county in the 1860 census. There is an Aaron Hays who dies during the war on April 15, 1862 in Roseville, AR. His wife either dies or remarries but I can not find her in 1870 census. Aaron and Catherine had 4 children, William (1851), Mary(1853), Martha(1855), and Francis(1856). I am hoping that William is my Great-grandfather. Hoping to find someone who knows about this family.
