WHO was William Franklin in 1870 census? HELP

Does anyone know who the William Franklin, Selitha E. and Jemima, were in the 1870 census? I am hunting a William Franklin/Frankland, who was in the Civil War, and mustered out in Helena Arkansas in 1865, and never came back to IL. This is the first and only William Franklin/Frankland I have found in 1870 with a birthdate close. He was born 1843 in IL, but this census says Mississippi, but that may be wrong, or not the one I am hunting.
