Not related. This is the information I could find. It appears that Laura maiden name is Hilliard based upon the 1900 Census. I could not find Charles Smith/House with a Julia on any census in the US that matched their birth years.John H Delabar Apr 1888 12 Arkansas White Son (OH/OH)
