First Generation
1. Louis Kimbrough TUTT-[634], son of John Richard TUTT-[568] and Laura
Antoynett HODNETT-[579], was born on 13 May 1883 in Arkansas, died on 28
August 1936 in Ouachita County, Arkansas at age 53, and was buried in
Buena Vista Cemetery, Ouachita County, Arkansas.
General Notes: He died about three days after the wind blew a tree limb off a
tree which struck him in the head. Obituary The Camden News - Saturday 29 Aug
1936 - Louis K. Tutt Taken By Death - Well Known Ouachita Resident Died Friday
- Louis K. Tutt, aged 53, died at his home eight miles west of Camden Friday
night after a short illness. Funeral services were to be held Saturday
afternoon at 4:00 o'clock at the Buena Vista Methodist church, with Rev. Frank
Walker and the Rev. E. C. Rule officiating. He is survived by his wife, two
daughters, Gena Faye and Violet; one son Kenneth Tutt; one sister Mrs. Minnie
Lee Butler; and five brothers, Charlie, Junius, Frank, Walter and Hardy all of
Camden. Proctor Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.

3. Leland Kenneth TUTT-[865] was born on 13 February 1927 in Camden, Ouachita
County, Arkansas and died on 27 September 1984 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab
Emirates at age 57. The cause of his death was Car Accident.

From book of residents who served in WWII - Pvt. Leland K. Tutt, son of Mrs.
Eula Tutt Adams, Camden, graduated form Fairview High School. Entered the
Army, Tank Destroyer, in 1945. Trained at North Camp, Camp Hood, Texas. Was
on duty at Camp Hood, Texas.
Newspaper Article: Our hearts were saddened once more to learn of the death of
Kenneth Tutt on Sept. 27. He was employed with an oil company and was working
in an area between Iran and Iraq. He had returned to the United States just a
few weeks ago due to the illness and death of his sister, Violet Tutt Stolicky
of Covina, Calif. Mr Tutt became ill on the job and another employee was
driving the vehicle to get him to medical assistance when they were involved in
an accident where they were both killed. The Tutt family were former residents
of this area. Mr. Tutt, as a young boy attended school at the old Buena Vista
High School. Mr. Tutt is survived by three children: Danny Tutt, Kay Tutt and
Vickie Tutt. Sympathy cards may be sent to them at their Mother's address:
Dorothy Reeves, 8218 Flint Ave., Lubbock, Texas 79423. Another survivor is one
sister Gena Fae McKinney of Montclair, Calif.
