Nanci,

There are no marriage records for 1855 for Pike Co. Arkansas
The Pike Co. Courthouse has burned twice, the first time in the spring of 1855 and a second time in 1895. All records were lost.
C.C. Bell age 52, a farmer, born in NC and wife Cynthia age 42, born in Tn., with a combined family of shanks and Bell children, are listed in the 1860 Pike County Census living in Thompson township. I did not find C.C. Bell listed in any other Pike Co. census.
