Andrew Jackson Scogin grew up at Glenwood AR. The family moved to Texas near Maydelle in 1918 by covered wagon.
Oct. 19, 2007 will be birthday 104 for him. His father was William Harris Scogin and mother was Mary Abbigille Garner. He had 3 sisters, 3 half brothers and 1 half sister. Would appreciate hearing from any of the Garner descendants that are related to him.
Mary's father was Moses Garner and her mother was Arcinia Finch.
William's first wife was Flora Bradford who is buried on a farm back near the river. Does anyone know where?
