My White line was in Newhope around 1872 when my grt gf Wm I. Cogburn was born in Ark; his mother was Luisa/Luiza White Cogburn and if several of her nephews and nieces were born there in that era I'm wondering if this might not be a good clue for where he was born as well as where his father ("Unknown" Cogburn died between July 1871 and April 1872) died prior to his birth. Luisa's brother Wm Jasper and wife Armanda are the ones I know to have been there. Could anyone direct me or give me any assistance on this? The Newhope really jumped out at me the other day when I found it as an elderly cousin told me some years ago that either my grt-gf Wm or his father had a twin who died at birth or in infancy and she thought was buried in "Hope AR"...maybe that was actually Newhope??
