Try the surname of Sailor/Saylor. I know there were people in the area with that surname because my gg grandfather married on for his second wife.
Also, you need to know that the county lines shifted for the final time in 1873. Prior to that there were at least two moves.
When my own kin came to central Arkansas where they settled
was both Prairie and Pulaski County before it finally became Lonoke in 1873. The trick to that was they never moved, not once, just the lines shifted.
You may wish to try contacting the Lonoke County Museum to see if they can help you any. I believe the new phone number there is
501-676-6750.
Lonoke County is directly west of the now Prairie County. It is very possible your kin were in what later was Lonoke County.
