In approximately 1903 or 1904, my grandfather, Mark Harris and his 3 children, and Kate Osgood and her 2 sons, along with other families moved from what is now Pontotoc County, OK, near Roff and Ada, to Scott County, AR. My mother said there were 7 wagons so there had to be other families and I vaguely remember her discussions of other people. If these facts fit in with any of your ancestors, I'd appreciate hearing from you. My grandfather was a Free Will Baptist minister so there might have been some connection through that church with the people who made that move.
