I'm trying to find out any information on the Burcham Family that was in Scott Co., Ark 1850 - 1860's. Trying to find out the father of Green W. Burcham and brothers. The only information I have are census records and an Agriculture report found on the Arkansas site. Here is the census info I have on this family. Green & wife Laura "Lovey" A. Baker Burcham moved to Texas shortly after 1850 and died about 1855/56 in Hill co., Tx. The children lived with the Hogge family in 1860 Wise Co., Tx., after their parents died.

Any help on any of these Burcham's would be greatly appreciated. I'm connected through Mary Ann Melvina Burcham born April 1850 in Carroll Co., Ark. She married at the age of 12 ( Jan. 16, 1862 Texas ) to Thomas H. Parsons born 1832 in Mo. She was a widow by the age of 21. They had 5 children , one of which they buried in 1866. She then married April 15, 1873 in Falls Co., Tx to Wade Hampton Threadgill and had 4 children by him. She was again a widow at the age of 39. She then married Samuel Adkins who was 23 years older than Mary. They had no children. She was again a widow 9 years later. Mary died July 26, 1930 in Blackwell, Texas.
