Barbara, Thanks for your reply. My g-grandparents were Lewis M. Lightfoot and Martha Jane (Miller) (Shannon) Lightfoot. Lewis died in April of 1882 and Martha died in March of 1879. They were buried by their cabin in Mountain Township. I know where Mountain Township is located, what I need is a map of the township around 1880. We have driven many of the old roads looking for possible old cabin sites. If I could get hold of any kind of old map of the township maybe we could find more old roads. I know that the census taker found Lewis and the children there in 1880 and I thought maybe that he must have used some kind of map or something to do the census. Thanks for your interest. Sally
