I have recently uploaded a website about the search for the background of Elizabeth R (unknown maiden name) Barnett Skidmore, who was living in Sevier County, Arkansas, by 1842, when she married Elijah D Skidmore. She was enumerated in Scott County in the 1870 census, in the household of Elijah and Susan Salina McMillan Smoot.
The website covers the migration of the children of Moore Barnett from Madison County, Alabama, to Sevier County, Arkansas, (with stops in TN & MS) in the 1830s.
