Looking for descendants of Oliver Phillips and Thomas A. Phillips. Both came from Decatur Co. TN in the 1880s, lived and died in Sebatian County. Sister Sarah "Caroline" married Isaac Waters and also lived and died in Sebastian County. Also need info on their sister Malinda Phillips whom I believe marred a Jones. I already have vital records, looking for descendants. I am related to sister Malinda. Thanks
