The usgenweb site has this cemetery online. That URL is www.genealogyshoppe.com/arsevier If you've not used the usgenweb sites, you're in for a treat. All states/counties have a lot of information posted.Some better than others.
I would order his pension records from the National Archives. They should be available. Pension records contain very valuable genealogical information(most of the time) You can order these online at www.archives.gov/
You might also check out the Southwestern Arkansas Archives at www.southwestarchives.com
