M. Henry Pettigrew is listed on the 1837 Tax List for Sevier County, Arkansas, and Henry Pettigrew is listed in the 1838 Tax List. No township was listed either time.

Those are the only entries for Henry Pettigrew I found on Ancestry; several others appear in Washington Township, though. Do you know what the M stood for?
