I have a Andrew J. Rainey 39 married Mary F. Willson, 28, by P.W. Preston, MG on 16 Oct 1877 in Sevier County Arkansas , book 461 p.3.

Mary Penny may have married her Wilson husband in Hempstead county. I do not find them in my Sevier Cuunty book for 1800s.
