NO, NO, NO -- you're mixing apples and oranges! That's why care must always be taken when reading census data because it is NOT self explanatory!! The first 1930 file is Oscar M. Younghanse who is son of John W. Younghanse. The 1910 Lamar Co., AL file is John W. and 2nd wife Mary Etta Black. The 3rd file you show (1900 Jackson Co.) is John W. (widowed) and his children by 1st wife Mollie. Louella is his oldest daughter, not his wife. The 1880 Lee Co., MS census is John W. and 1st wife Mollie E. Maxwell. If you will notice, Ella in 1880 and Louella in 1900 are the same person -- and Oscar in 1900 and Oscar in 1930 file are same person. If you need further clarification, please contact me.
