Your genforum post is about three years old now, and you probably know allot more by now than I do. However, my granddaughter's greatx2 grandparents were Harvey Roscoe Wallace and Ruth Arbuckle( b: 4 July 1884 Clark Co., Illinois- d: 1976 Polk County, FL.). Ruth was the d/o of Esta Arbuckle (bca. 1853 Illinois) and Caroline Deitz (b: 1856 Clark Co.,ILlinois- d: 23 Jan, 1939 Marshall, Clark Co., Illinois).Caroline Deitz Arbuckle was the d/o Charles Fredrick Deitz (bca: 1776 Germany) and Magdalena Dennic (bca.1821 Germany). I still haven't figured out who Esta Arbuckle's parents were, though. I figure that I will find Esta and his parents on the 1860, but I haven't gotten that far yet. I do know that Esta's parents were both supposedly born in Ohio, and I suspect that his father might have also been named Zane.. but that's just speculation. I would be ever so greatful for any information that you might be able to lend, and if you would like you may email me direct.
