The Wiliams' were from Allegheny County PA. in the late 1700s just after the French & English were at war,
the family eventually moved to Holmes County Ohio...
the towns around the area were mostly Amish.
You can find many of their descendants buried in the local cemeteries.
You can see some of the census records on family search dot org.
I cannot find the parents of Joseph or Sarah,
the book "Immigrants of New England" you will see an Arbuckle listed with daughter Sarah.
