Good Morning Coleen,
Andeal Elie Ardoin(Damond- should read Elie David & Marcelline Bertrand) m. 7 Dec. 1869 Emelie Beado - should read Billeaudeau (VP Ch.: v. 2, p. 80) Source: "Southwest Louisiana Record" by Rev. Donald J. Hebert, V. 9, p. 11
Andeol Ardoin (Elie David & Marceline Bertrand) b. 15 Dec. 1851 (Opel. Ch.: v. 4, p. 395) Hebert, V. 5, p. 11
Euralie (Emelie) Billeaudeau (Achille & Euralie Orthegue (should read Emilie Ortego) b. 7 March 1854 (VP Ch.: v. 1, p. 8)Hebert, V. 5, p. 49
Ask your librarian if a library near you has Fr. Hebert's "Southwest Louisiana Records". You should be able to go back to Francois Ardoin and Laurina Quebedeaux in SWLR. Francois Ardoin came from Canada to Illinois to Louisiana and d. in St. Landry Parish; Laurina Quebedeaux was born in Pointe Coupee Parish and died in St. Landry Parish. Pointe Coupee records can be found in "Diocese of Baton Rouge Catholic Church Records".
I am not an Ardoin descendant, but my maternal grandfather, Villeneuve LeDoux m. (#1) Azema Ardoin; after Azema Ardoin died, Villeneuve LeDoux m. (#2) Adelaide Simon Fontenot the wid. Sonnier. Villeneuve and Adelaide were my mother's parents.
Azema Ardoin's sister, Armina Ardoin the wid. of John Fontenot, m. Alcide Placide Simon Fontenot the widr. of Emelite Rozas. Alcide Placide Simon Fontenot wasAdelaide Simon Fontenot's father. Family relations sure do get complicated. Although I have lots of Ardoin relatives, I have found no evidence that I am an Ardoin descendant.
