My grandmother's name was Bonnie Arner. She was the daughter of John Arner and Lola Olive (Thompson)Arner of Ryan, OK. Her brother's name was Roscoe Arner. She had other brothers and sisters (one sister was named Winnie?), but I do not know all of their names. Bonnie's mother died when Bonnie was about 5 years old. (Flu epidemic) Bonnie's father was supposedly the sherriff in Ryan at one time. The story we have been told is that her father was shot by a man he had once arrested. My mother is Bonnie's youngest daughter, Ramona. Bonnie and her husband, Earl Smith are no longer living, but their 5 children, Bonita, Linda, John, Don, and Ramona and their families are. I would love to have more information on that.
