In 1951, my uncle, Joseph Arner, began gathering info on our Arner background. He died around 1972 and the material has not been used since. I am preparing to scan in what I can and pass on to our family members.
The stack is over 9" high and contains photos , family trees, well organized scrap book of newspaper clippings of Arners from Eastern PA newspapers (1951-1971), Letters from Arners in AZ, CA, OH. He also visited every cemetary in E PA and cataloged grave stone inscriptions. The are listings for Rex, Kleckner, Daubenspeck, and others.
If I can use it to help others in their searches, I will but it will take time to wade through this stuff. Let me know.
