Searching for my ggg-grandmother, Mapey ARNET White who married Moses Purser in Wilson County, TN, Feb 15, 1816. Moses Purser was from Mecklenburg County, NC, and fought in the War of 1812.
Their children were: David Cullen, John A., Rebecca, and Edie Matilda. Some moved to Marion County, AL. According to WFT Vol 4, Tree 2860, Mapey is a Cherokee Indian. Any information would be much appreciated. Donna
