Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

It has been told of my Arnett family, thru the years, we were Scotch-Irish. Walter has helped me find some great links to my line, that is from KY. Never mind if we are "country-ish" as the previous mis-informed gentleman coined us, we still have a great lineage to follow and learn about. My grandmother has always been a proud woman and proud of her Scotch-Irish, "country-ish" lineage...so am I.
