Hi, to clear a few things up...
I found Thomas and Obeline (just today!) in the 1911 census.
1911 census has Thomas Arsenault (head) living with Obeline (wife) and children Mary, b. 1902, William (my grandfather) b. 1906, Olive b. 1904, and Mary E (Eva they called her) b. 1907 in District 14, enumeration 8, Lot 4 Prince County
William is definitely NOT the son of Celina/Celine because 1) the stories my father tells me about Celina--she loathed William -- my father said he went to her wake just to be sure she was dead!2) I have William's death certificate listing Obeline as the mother and 3) Celina had no children of her own. Celina was Thomas's 3rd wife. The first wife is UNK and the 2nd was Obeline. Obeline must have died sometime between the 1911 census and Thomas' emigration to Maine, somewhere around 1920.
Also, Thomas was born 10/4/1876 in Howlan PEI and William was born 11/20/1906 in Piusville, PEI.
