This Ashcroft family is found in Philadelphia Pa, in the 23d Ward, in the 1900 Federal Census. The entries agree in most details with the Bible listings.

Daniel Ashcroft, born in December 1867 in England and
Alice Ashcroft, born in (September?) 1869 in England
by 1900 had been married for 13 years, and she had given birth to two children, one of which was still living:
Dora, born in May 1889 in Pennsylvania.

I have found no other information about these individuals.
