I have limited info which indicates I am related to John Ashe (1720-1781) and his brother, Samuel. All I have states my great-great grandmother, Cynthia Dockery, was the great-great granddaughter of John Ashe. (The info states Asheville, NC was named for John and Samuel Ashe). Her parents were Mary Bradburn Dockery and John Dockery. I am unsure how she is directly descended from John Ashe, i.e., his children's names, grandchildren's names, etc. Any assistance would be appreciated.
