Thank you for responding to my Dory Ashing posting. No, I do not know Dory Ashing's father's name. It is possible that is William, but I have no proof. Do you know if your William Ashing was in the War of 1812? Also, do you have the name of his wife?
There is currently an Ashing group searching in Mason County, KY.
