I dont know how many Ashmans there are left in Wales. It doesn't appear to be a very common name. I am the only son of William George Ashman who had two brothers Stanley and Charles all of whom are now dead. My side of the family appear only to produce girls as I am the last of my name. I know I did have cousins in the Rhondda Valleys when I was a boy as I went to school with Michael Ashman in the early sixtees.
I have always wanted to know what has happened to all my reatives.

Regards

Phil Ashman.
