Aston is a common name.Your reply with Aston names did not indicate if they were from Oklahoma circa late 1800s to circa 1930's, as would need to be the case. The letters do not provide any information about his parents.After Maybelle refused to marry him he took off across the country and ended up in Oklahoma. That is why I assume he was originally from there.Although his relations are unknown, because he was deaf, that is a big clue to finding relatives.I think Fred may never have married. He was in Florida sometime around the late '40's to early '50s and visited Maybelle.That is the last that is known of him.
