My grandmother gave me a book called "Geneaology of the Athey Family in America 1642-1932" written by Dr. CE Athey from Marietta, Ohio in 1932.

George Athey but yours in more in depth. It also has a family crest with the motto "Ductus non Coactus" meaning May be led; Not to be Driven.
