I haven't posted in a while as when the board changed hands... they lost or otherwise confounded my account... and wouldn't let me log in; and then I changed my email... and the two systems just wouldn't talk to one another.

Anyway... Wayne Atteberry's book has the following on your Nancy Jane Atteberry.

9.(2) Nancy Jane5 Atteberry (Richard4, Thomas H.3, Richard2, William1). Nancy Jane Atteberry was born about 1833 and died 10 Oct 1881. Burial was in Hays Cemetery, Shelby Co., IL.

She married, firs, Noah Atteberry, son of David Atteberry and Sarah (Sally) Moore, 24 Aug 1848 in Macon Co., IL. He was born 28 Nov 1822 and died 27 Oct 1849. Burial was in Long Grove Cemetery, s. Macon Twp., Macon Co., IL.

Their children:

i. David A.6 Atteberry was born about 1849 in Illinois.

She married, second George A. Jacobs, 27 Apr 1852 in Macon Co., IL. He was born 24 Feb 1816 in Clark Co., KY and died 22 Dec 1891. Burial was in Hays Cemetery.

Their children:

ii. John W. Jacobs died 6 Sep 1853. Burial was in Hays Cemetery.
iii. Adda May Jacobs was born 9 Nov 1865 and died 25 Jun 1954.
iv. Charles Jacobs was born Mar 1867 and died 20 Mar 1867, Burial was in Hays Cemetery.
