Wayne's book has the following notation regarding this couple.
They had two children, Margaret Viola and Lloyd (Aaron) who was b ca 1920 in IL and was living with his uncle Alonze Atteberry in New Madrd Co., MO.
Wayne does not make any further mention of Jeremiah and Alice... but this may not necessarily mean they were dead. As circus performers... they may have left their children in the care of relatives and as they were on the road... may have managed to not be counted by census.
Of Margaret... Wayne evidently received family information from one of her descendants and profiles the family for two additional generations. His last entry on this line mentions Margaret's daughter Vivian Englade who married John V. Miller. He then lists three living children, the last born in 1963. Since your name is Miller... I assume you are either in the next generation... or a spouse of one of the boys or of one of their sons.
