Since Hart County, KY's courthouse burned to the ground 2x, I can not confirm the death information you speak of. But I will not change my materials because Elizabeth A. Corder is Eliza A. Corder.
If they are going by census materials, well, needless to say the census taker does make mistakes!
Who ever made the entry in the Peebles information should be contacted and asked what is their proof of the death information for 1855. And the other marriage records for another Eliza A. to John P. Atteberry.
Since they have not yet been found in the census materials after 1870, I can not prove anything at this point.
If I was able to actually find one of the children's obituaries, that would help allot.
