Do you have more information about your great grandmother? I know that there was a Rachel Willett who was born in Prince Georges Co., MD in 1762, married a Richard Price, and died in Nelson Co., KY in 1848. But I think Samuel Awbrey was a widower in 1840. He was living with his son Craven in Hardin Co., KY in 1840 and there is no older woman on the census. Samuel died in 1841 and had been receiving a Revolutionary War pension since 1832. If his wife was still living she probably would have applied for a widow's pension, but there's no record of that. As far as the Green family goes, I don't have any Greens in my line. I'm descended from Samuel Awbrey's son George and his wife Wealthy.
