Margaret Aubrey m. David Lewis in Bristol 1816

Margaret Aubrey was my great great grandomother. She married David Lewis of Cardiff on 5 August 1816 at St James Parish Church Bristol and settled in Cardiff. I think she was born about 1795/6 but I have no birth or baptism record for her and I should very much like to find her parents/siblings. I know of the Aubreys of Llantrithyd and Boarstall and of their links to the famous 17th century writer of Brief Lives, John Aubrey, whom my father always said we were related to but I have had no success at all in working out which branch of the Aubrey family Margaret came from. Can anyone out there help, please?
