Looking for info and a possible book that mentions Dr. John Frederick Aubery who served in the revolution from CT, his son Albert lived in VT and begot Cornelius, george, William, Harvey all vets of the civil war from VT, Albert was married to Almira Blish. Cornelius ended up living in NYC after the civil war and was my husbands ggggrandfather. Dr john Frederick Aubrey dissapeared for 7 years then returned to his first wife who had remarried. I've heard of a book where he's mentioned about Aubrey family and trying to locate it. The Aubrey name is also spelled or mispelled as Aubery, Aubury, Orbery, etc. Would appreciate real info on any of these people.
