Greg or anyone,
I am descended from Catherine(Ault), born 1754 and died at age 107 in Nashville Tn in 1861. She married John Hagey (1748-1841) in Harrisburg Pa. John was an aide-de-camp to General Lafayette in the American Revolution. John and Catherine lived in PA, then Knoxville, TN., then Huntsville, Ala, then the rest of their lives in Nashville. They are both buried at the old city cemetery here. There is a plaque honoring John Hagey's service in the American Revolution in the Nashville capitol building.

John and Catherine had at least (maybe more) 10 children, mostly daughters.

The two sons that I am aware of:

-John Layfayette Hagey

-William Michael Hagey, born 1836 -( my husband's line)
-- Inez Hagey Bruce
---Sadie Loise Bruce Castleman
----Lois Castleman Duke
-----Trey Duke

-Maria
(and other daughters, I will add later when I find my notes)

Do any of these names appear in Nellie Reeser's book?

Need help with a brick wall.
