The town of Ault (Weld County) was named for a grain mill owner named Alexander Ault. I have forgotten his exact relationship to the Ault families of Jefferson County but I think he was a first or second cousin to Andrew J Ault (b. 1830) and Francis M Ault (b. 1842). (They were two of the sons of Leonard Ault of Coshocton, Ohio; both later lived in Wisconsin and in other places in the midwest before coming to Colorado.) I don't recall that there were many Aults buried in the Ault Cemetery in Weld County, but there are a lot of Aults (living and dead) in various parts of Weld County. http://www.findagrave.com is a useful resource. There is also a Colorado GenForum grave registry website, I think.
